Why does Google Search Console say a page is indexed when it can't be found in search?

Google Search Console shows that my page has been indexed successfully, yet it doesn’t seem to appear in search results for relevant keywords. Has anyone experienced this, and what could be causing it?

When Google Search Console says your page is indexed but you can't find it in search results, the reason is simple indexing and ranking are two completely different things. Indexing just means Google has saved your page in its database. It does NOT mean Google will show it to users.

Google evaluates hundreds of factors before deciding which pages to display in search results. If your content is thin, has no backlinks, or faces strong competition from more authoritative pages, Google will keep your page in its index but never actually show it to anyone.
