I actually looked into this recently while working on a few projects, and what I found is there’s no single CRM that everyone in London relies on.
That said, HubSpot CRM comes up quite often, especially among smaller teams, mainly because it’s easy to use and quick to set up. For larger businesses, Salesforce seems to be the go-to, mostly due to its flexibility and more advanced features.
I’ve also heard a few good things about Zoho CRM, particularly from businesses that want something more affordable without losing too many features.
Overall, it really depends on what the business actually needs rather than just going with what’s popular.

From what I’ve seen and worked with, some of the most popular CRMs in London are Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM, mainly because they offer strong features and are widely adopted by businesses across different industries.
I usually look at Salesforce as the go-to option for larger companies since it’s highly scalable and offers advanced capabilities like AI-driven insights. For small to mid-sized businesses, HubSpot is a solid choice because of its ease of use and strong marketing automation features, while Zoho CRM works well for teams that want a more affordable and customizable solution.
I’ve also noticed newer platforms like Attio and Creatio gaining traction, especially among startups that need flexibility. On the simpler side, tools like Pipedrive and Capsule CRM are quite popular with sales teams that prefer a clean interface and easy pipeline management.
