Imobisoft

Imobisoft was founded in 2009 by Atif Syed and Syed Byhaqi, two Coventry University Computer Science graduates, with a straightforward premise: UK businesses needed bespoke software but couldn't get a fair deal from agencies at the time. Today, the company operates from the Technocentre at Coventry University Technology Park, with a London presence and remote engineering capability, delivering work for clients across England, Scotland, and Wales. 

What They Build

Imobisoft's work falls across four main areas: bespoke business applications such as custom CRMs, ERPs, internal portals, and operations platforms; AI and LLM development including strategy, design, and deployment of AI workflows and large language model applications; native iOS and Android mobile apps, several of which are in daily use across the NHS; and system integrations that connect existing tools and platforms to eliminate inefficiencies. 

Technology Stack

The team works with modern stacks including .NET, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL, Redis, and major cloud providers including AWS and Azure. For AI projects they build with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and open-source models. They describe themselves as technology-agnostic, choosing the right stack for each problem rather than the other way around. 

How They Work

The first person a prospective client speaks to is someone who will actually be building the project; discovery calls go through a senior engineer or solutions lead, not a sales team. Work is shared each week rather than in a single end-of-project reveal, so software is shaped by real client feedback throughout the build. 

Project Scope

Most projects fall in the £20,000–£300,000 range with delivery timelines of four to sixteen weeks. Imobisoft also operates a sister company, Innovate Health, dedicated to NHS and healthcare engagements.
